Kit del Turista is an App designed for the European Tourism Forum held in October 2014 at Museo di Capodimonte and the MADRE Museum in Naples.
It combines an indoor geo-localization facility based on the iBeacons technology with a customized agenda for the Forum: users can access detailed information about the programme and can bookmark the events to attend; an interactive map will help them orient and reach the conference room.
Moreover, the App takes visitors to discover the city’s historical heritage in museums, signalling the artworks located nearby and providing rich descriptive cards and multimedia contents for each object. The catalogue remains always accessible and includes a bookmarking function for favourite items.
